Notice is herein given that the next meeting of the Recreation Advisory Forum of the Parish Council will take place on Monday 24th May 2021, starting at 7.30pm in the Jubilee Hall. Public Participation in respect of the agenda will be invited before the meeting and all are welcome to attend.

3. To approve Clerk’s notes as minutes from the last meeting on Monday 26th October 2020.
4. Clerk’s Report & Parish Council Update (for information only).
5. To consider holding a remote story time for children.
6. To discuss Council funded outdoor summer holiday activities for children.
7. To discuss participation in the Heighington and Washingborough Scarecrow Festival during August 2021.
8. To note arrangements for the re-opening of Jubilee Hall.
9. To consider hand crafting a giant poppy to place on the gates of the memorial garden to mark the 100-year anniversary of the Royal British Legion.
