Lincolnshire County Council have contracted AtkinsRealis (independent consultant hydrologists) to investigate the groundwater flooding issues in Heighington. They wish to discuss and gain historic knowledge of flooding issues within Heighington village from local residents with a vested interest in the investigation, as part of a community drop in.
Please note that this ‘drop in’ event is to focus on groundwater flooding and its issues and unfortunately, other issues will have to be referred back to Lincolnshire County Council.
