The Central Lincolnshire Local Plans Team is preparing a design code for Central Lincolnshire.
This code will set out clear design requirements for new development to ensure new buildings and spaces are designed to a high standard. Gathering the views of the community is vital to ensuring the code represents your perspectives on what makes design good in Central Lincolnshire.
The process for preparing the design code three main stages where local communities can get involved:
1. Analysis
2. Vision
3. Code
Stage 2 Consultation
The second round of community engagement is now open for 6 weeks until Wednesday 9th April 2025.

The survey seeks your views on the draft Vision and seven Design Principles for the Design Code. These have been prepared based on priorities, feedback and findings collated so far. The draft Vision sets out the specific aims for the Design Code.
