Groundwater levels - 2026
We are aware of rising groundwater levels in Heighington, following the recent heavy rainfall. We are asking residents to be vigilant and prepared in case this results in flooding.

Avian Influenza (bird flu)
A confirmed case of Avian Influenza has been confirmed near Swineshead. The government has declared a 3km radius Protection Zone (PZ) and a 10km radius Surveillance Zone (SZ).

We have a limited supply of free 30mph speed awareness wheelie bin stickers at the Parish Office.
