Notice of Annual Parish Meeting
This year’s Annual Parish Meeting will be held in the Jubilee Hall on Monday 24th April 2023 at 7:00pm.
This is a meeting of parishioners and not a Parish Council meeting.
All members of the public are welcome to attend but only those government electors registered in the parish are entitled to vote.
The meeting will be chaired by Cllr Sue Sockell, Chair of Heighington Parish Council.
Agenda
1. To agree the notes of the Annual Parish Meeting held on 25th April 2022
2. To receive the annual report for 2022-23 from the Parish Council
3. To receive an update from the Garrett’s Charity
4. To receive updates from our clubs/groups
5. To take any questions from parishioners
There will be short presentations from representatives of St Barnabas Hospice and from LCC Waste Services.
Various local clubs will be in attendance – come along and have a chat.
Refreshments will be available at the meeting. Councillors will be present so please come along and speak to them if you want to find out more about the council and what we do.
