AGENDA
1. To elect a Chair for this meeting
2. To receive apologies and valid reasons for absence, these having been submitted to the Clerk prior to the meeting
3. To note that the minutes of the last Employment Committee meeting held on 9th October 2023 were approved at the Full Council meeting on 13th November 2023.
4. To receive Declarations of Interest in accordance with the Localism Act 2011 and receive Requests for Dispensations
5. CLOSED SESSION. To resolve to move into closed session in accordance with the Public Bodies (Admission to Meetings) Act 1960 for the following staffing item on the grounds that publicity would be prejudicial to the public interest by reason of the confidential nature of the business to be transacted.
6. To receive feedback from staff appraisals and make recommendations to Full Council as required
7. To consider a review of the Clerk’s job description
8. To review a staffing matter and make a recommendation to Full Council as required
