Notice is herein given that a meeting of the Parish Council will take place on Monday 13th September 2021, starting at 7.30pm in the Jubilee Hall, High Street, Heighington.

Public participation and questions will be invited prior to the agenda business, and all are welcome to attend.

21/1264/TCA 27 Back Lane, Heighington, Lincoln. T1 Cypresses – Reduce from 6m in height to 4m in height. T2 Hornbeam – Reduce from 10m in height to 8m in height. T3 Cypresses – Reduce from 8m in height to 6m in height.

21/1332/TCA Beckfield Lodge, Station Road, Heighington, Lincoln. T1 Hornbeam – reduce from property by 2m, crown reduce and reshape by a maximum of 3m, remove epicormic growth.

21/1050/HOUS 72 Washingborough Road, Heighington, Lincoln. Demolition of existing conservatory and erection of a 2-storey rear and side extension. Notification received from North Kesteven District Council that this application has been approved. 

21/0892/HOUS 10 Bells Meadow, Heighington, Lincoln. Alterations and extension to existing detached garage to form first floor family annexe. Notification received from North Kesteven District Council that this application has been refused.

21/0580/LBC & 21/0579/HOUS The Manor House, Potterhanworth Road, Heighington, Lincoln. Erection of single storey and first floor rear extension together with internal alterations to existing dwelling. Notification received from North Kesteven District Council that this application has been approved.

21/0696/LBC & 21/0695/HOUS The Hermitage, Mill Lane, Heighington. Lincoln. Conversion & extension of existing potting shed to create annexe accommodation ancillary to the building. Notification received from North Kesteven District Council that is application has been approved.

20/1806/HOUS 10 Park Lane, Heighington, Lincoln. Erection of a rear two storey and 1st floor side extension (resubmission of 20/1158/HOUS) in addition to widening of access. Notification from North Kesteven District Council that the planning appeal has been dismissed.

20/1246/FUL Former piggery buildings, Poplar Bank Farm, Bardney Road, Heighington, Lincoln.  Retrospective planning application for the change of use of agricultural land and buildings to Airsoft leisure use. Notification from North Kesteven District Council that this application has been approved.

21/0962/HOUS 32 Almond Avenue, Heighington, Lincoln. Proposed 2 storey 

side and rear extensions with hard landscaping. Notification from North Kesteven District Council that this application has been approved.
