Notice is herein given that a meeting of the Parish Council will take place on Monday 11th October 2021, starting at 7.30pm in the Jubilee Hall, High Street, Heighington.

Public participation and questions will be invited prior to the agenda business, and all are welcome to attend.

  1. Chairman’s welcome.
  1. Apologies for absence, declarations of interests and requests for dispensations
  1. To discuss the temporary opening arrangements for Jubilee Hall over the Christmas holiday period 2021/2022.
  1. To approve the draft notes as minutes from the meeting of the Parish Council on Monday 13th September 2021.
  1. Planning Matters and Tree Works.

21/1504/TCA 69 High Street, Heighington, Lincoln. T1 Conifer - Reduce height by 6-7ft; T2 Crab Apple – reduce height 6-7ft to give clearance for cables; T3 Maple – reduce height 6-7ft to give clearance for cables.

  1. To discuss whether the Parish Council wishes to purchase and plant Christmas trees at Jubilee Hall and Station Road recreation ground.
  1. To remind Councillors to walk their designated areas over the winter months.
  1. To receive an update on the Lincolnshire County Council Treescapes Grant.
