Alterations and extensions to existing bungalow including raising of roof to allow for additional accommodation at ground floor level and new accommodation within the roof. • To note that the auditor has been cancelled due to no heating in the Jubilee Hall.

• VAT claim submitted 12th October 2020 for £987.21
• £250.00 cheque received from Heighington Bowls Club as a contribution towards the bowling green grass care.

9. To elect a Chair for the Recreation Advisory Forum committee due to the retirement of Councillor Chantler.
10. To request a volunteer Councillor to attend the St Thomas Church Remembrance Day service and to lay the Poppy wreath in the memorial garden. Dates to be confirmed.
11. To discuss the email regarding the Archer Road Traffic survey.
12. To discuss the dog fouling issues at Potterhanworth Fields.
13. To note the installation of the Christmas Tree at the Jubilee Hall.
14. To discuss the boiler/heating issues at the Jubilee Hall.
