4. Planning matters:
- Tree Works received from NKDC.
- Tree Works decision notices received from NKDC.
- Planning applications received from NKDC.

5. Co-Clerk (Operations) report (for information only).
6. To note the outcome from the meeting with HBW Football Club on 11th March 2020.
7. To discuss maintenance works to the bowling green boundary with neighbouring properties.
8. To consider replacing the fan in the gent’s WC at Jubilee Hall.
9. To consider replacing the visual disabled assistance alarm with an audible warning alarm at Jubilee Hall.
10. To update members on the current property services budget.
11. To discuss the ease of lock down on Council properties.
