20/1194/HOUS 18 Washingborough Road, Heighington. Erection of 2 storey side extension, first floor rear extension and conversion of existing detached garage to workshop/garden room. Notification received from North Kesteven District Council that the application has been approved subject to conditions.
5. Co-Clerk (Operations) report (for information only).
6. To discuss the PHS contract and consider the repainting of the toilets at Jubilee Hall.
7. To consider quotations for replacing three bulkhead fittings at Station Road pavilion following the emergency lighting inspection.
8. To discuss the maintenance of the football pitches at Potterhanworth Road sports field.
9. To discuss Heighington Bowls Club request for funds for repair works to the footpath along one side of the bowling green.
10. To update members on the current property services budget.
11. To consider installing renewables at Council owned properties and to discuss a long-term building strategy.
