Notice is herein given that a meeting of the Parish Council will take place on Monday 14th March 2022, starting at 7.30pm in the Jubilee Hall, High Street, Heighington.

Public participation and questions will be invited prior to the agenda business, and all are welcome to attend.

1. Chairman’s welcome.

2. Apologies for absence, Declarations of Interest and Requests for Dispensations.

3. To approve the draft notes as minutes from the meeting of the Parish Council on Monday 14th February 2022. 

4. Planning Matters and Tree Works.

• Planning decision notices received from NKDC.

21/1642/HOUS 7A High Street, Heighington. Erection of porch to front, two storey side and single storey rear extensions, and external alterations. Notification received from North Kesteven District Council that this application has been approved. 

21/1967/HOUS Brunssum 4 Beck Lane, Heighington. Demolition of existing garage and erection of new detached garage. Notification received from North Kesteven District Council that this application has been approved.

21/1935/HOUS Brook House, Fen Road, Washingborough. Proposed remodelling of house to include roof lift, double and single storey extensions. Notification received from North Kesteven District Council that this application has been approved.

8. To consider the request from the Butcher and Beast to provide the Jubilee Hall as a venue to host an auction to raise funds for the people of Ukraine.

9. To note the revised hire charge forms for Jubilee Hall, Station Road and Potterhanworth Road.

10. To receive information regarding the Annual Parish Meeting which will take place on Monday 25th April 2022 in the Jubilee Hall.

11. To receive a verbal report on the Queens Platinum Jubilee celebrations.

12. To review the sports clubs, hire agreements for 2022/2023.

13. Financial Matters.

• Routine financial matters.

• To approve the monthly accounts for February 2022. 

14. To receive reports from County and District Councillors (for information only).
