A meeting of the Policy and Resources Committee of Heighington Parish Council will take place on Monday 27th July 2020 by video conferencing, commencing at 7.30pm.
Public participation in respect of the agenda will be invited before the meeting and all are welcome to attend.

1. Apologies, Declarations of interest and Requests for Dispensations.
2. To approve the Clerk’s notes as minutes from the meeting held on 20th April 2020.
3. Clerks report (for information only).
• Payment of VAT claim of £2683.20 was received on the 10th July 2020.
• £300.00 received from Lincolnshire County Council to obtain sanitising equipment for the Parish Council properties.
• To note that North Kesteven District Council have awarded the Parish Council a grant of £1500.00 towards the costs of the Chapel Lane Gateway.
4. Planning Matters and Tree Works.
4.1. Tree work applications for Members consultative comments (taking into account of any correspondence received from local residents).
